Privacy Policy
How NetInsight collects, uses and protects your information.

Information we collect
Account information: if you create an account we store your email address and authentication identifiers.
Diagnostic inputs: domains, IPs and URLs you submit are processed to return results. Client-side utilities (encoders, calculators, hashing) run entirely in your browser and are never transmitted.
Log data: our servers record standard request metadata such as IP address, timestamp and user agent for security and abuse prevention.
Payment information: billing is handled by Stripe. We never store full card numbers on our servers.
Cookies and analytics
We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the service and remember your theme preference.
Where enabled, privacy-respecting analytics help us understand aggregate usage. See our Cookie Policy for detail and controls.
Third-party services
We may rely on Cloudflare (network and security), Stripe (payments) and analytics providers. Each processes data under its own terms.
Diagnostic results may include data sourced from public registries (WHOIS), DNS resolvers and blacklist operators. That data belongs to its respective owners.
Data retention
Query inputs are retained only as long as needed to deliver results and secure the service, then aggregated or deleted.
Account data is retained while your account is active and for a limited period afterward as required by law.
Your rights (GDPR & CCPA)
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing.
California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected and to opt out of its sale — we do not sell personal information.
